The Best of 2005.

New to BDJ productions...

The Top ten events of 2005.

10. The party at Lake Tomahawk... Like I said before, I almost didn't go because, my depression was acting up... But I went, and had a really good time, swimming, and jumping in and that sort of stuff. In fact, a stranger on a boat said that Laurie and I were having TOO good of a time. But there's no sin in that.

9. The three malls in one night excersion...I flew solo on this one. But it was still fun. I got to enjoy the best of Ross Park Mall, The Mall at Robinson, and Beaver Valley Mall, all in one night. Also, somehow Santa Claus was at all three malls.

8. Any swimming adventure at camp... Whether, I was getting massacured by goofy campers, flirting with ladies, doing cannonballs into the deep end, or squirting everybody in sight I almost always had a blast there. Crazy, I know.

7. Matt Puntureri's party... The first time I got truly drunk. I learned how to play beer pong, and bobbed my head to "What Is Love."

6. The trip to Trammps... Fellow RMU cast member George Praskovich took, me and some others to a kareoke bar in West End. I wowed others with my voice singing "Afternoon Delight" and "Footloose".

5. The trip to Pittsburgh... I'll never forget seeing the PSP fountain spurt pink. I also enjoyed cruising around the buildings, and running laps in the PPG place, like my father used to make me do.

4. Peforming in Joseph... Except for getting cut out of the Main dance, I enjoyed being in this big musical. Even dancing half naked, in front of an audience was fun. Oh well, everybody else was the same way, and it's not like I've never worn a bathing suit before. But I'm still waiting for Heather Suddoth to give me a picture, of her me and Summer York, in out Egyptian costumes.

3. The slip and slide at camp week 5... How can you get so much pleasure from a simple little sheet of plastic? All I know is that I had the best slide of anybody else there. But both campers and staff slid through it.

2. Nicole's wedding Two days after my 21st birthday, I drove into Clarion, to attend this wedding. A very nice ceremony and reception. At the reception, Aaron Grivna got me drunk, but I sobered up. Then At comfort Inn I zoned in and out of consciousness, while watching reruns on TV.

And NOW the NUMBER ONE EVENT OF 2005 was. (Drum Roll)

1. DEJAVUE!!! The first time I managed to mix my camp friends with my musical friends in a club in the Strip Disctict. Fellow RMU cast members Gary Ashley and Doug Beasock accompanyed me to DejAVue, where I met fellow counselors Jess Jack, Andrea McIllhatten, and others, and we partyed hard.

Well that's it for 2005. 2006 is coming up.

A Christmas Party

Earlier Tonight, I went to a Christmas party. This was at my bosses' Marc and Raeann Grivna's house in Darlington. We had some fun.

First of all, I stopped at Giant Eagle in Rochester, and bought some cookies. I thought I ought to bring a treat for the party.

Once arriving, Marc greeted me and took me into the room. Phil, Celeste, Zach, Andrea, Rachael, and Becky, were already there, and were all happy to see me. THen Laurie and her finacee, showed up.

Great!

So, then we ate salad, stuffed shells, and meatballs. Andrea attemped to challenge me to an eating contest, but I wouldn't take it. But, the joke was on her, when she was too full for dessert later.

Ha Ha!

So, then we had a gift exchange. Celeste got my gift. It was a mind reading toy, that asked 20 questions, and then guessed what you thought of. It ususally was correct too. But Celeste traded with Zach, who really wanted that thing.

About that toy, I have spent hours playing with those things at Target. But then, I actually bought one at Wal-Mart.

I myself, got a $10 dollar gift cart to Sheetz. It was Zach's gift. The funny thing was that it was in a big box, but was such a small thing.

We also got Camp Arc Spencer bags, and a small blue candle each.

Cool!

So, it was a small, but fun party; hopefully when all our schedules work, we will all go out together.

Well, see ya later...

Camp Weekend: "Winter" Water Games and Christmas Classics

This past weekend, we had another Christmas Camp Weekend. Here's how it went.

Friday Night and Saturday Morning we just did Christmas Crafts, and watched movies. But this time they were Christmas movies. Most of them. Stuff like A Christmas Story, (One of my all time favorites), Rudolph, the Red Nosed Reindeer, The Nightmare Before Christmas, and others.

Then we had some fun outdoors. We threw snowballs around, but Laurie enforced the same rules, as applied to the water games we do in the summer. I also slid down the hill, slip-n-slide style, but was stopped.

Too Dangerous, someone could get killed.

Then there was bingo, Ok. Also, Aaron and Christen, whom I have NEVER seen at a camp weekend both popped up for a visit.

Cool!

Oh well, more coming up. Stay tuned...
