Back to RMU...

Today, I returned to RMU for my sophomore year.

This semester is going to be rough. I have early morning classes every day. Oh well. Hopefully, there will be some fun too. Most old RMU people seemed happy to see me again. Hope their summers were well.

By the way, there is going to be a musical this semester. "Grease" I will audition, and hopefully I'll get a good part.

Oh well, stay tuned...

Lately...

Well, I'm back at home. Enjoying meals all to myself, not having to get up everytime someone has to go to the bathroom. It's relaxing.

Tuesday, I drove up to Prime Outlets, in Grove City, to buy some new clothing. I bought some T-shirts, jeans, jackets, and shoes at various places. Then I drove to the Settlers Cabin Wave pool. And I enjoyed a swim, where the only person I put sunblock on was myself. And I only paid attention to myself in the water.

Nice.

Yesterday, my mother and I went to the Olive Garden, in North Hills, for her birthday. We had a good dinner too. I had to drive home, though, because mom had wine.

Nice.

So, I'm trying to keep busy to avoid sitting around sulking, lik I did, most of last summer.

About one more week till school starts.

Camp Week 9: Closing week/Birthday Blast

Being the last week at camp, we were taking a lot of stuff down, and getting ready to end the summer.

The week went relatively well, with no real frustrations. Well, actually, that's a lie. One of our worst fears became a reality.

During Monday lunch, a camper choked completely. I forget who, did the Heimlach, and saved him, but he still had to go to the hospital, for possible rib fracture.

Other that that, the week was okay. But some crazy stuff happened.

Wednesday, I celebrated my 20th birthday. Ooh! It was a celebration.

In the morning Andrea and I went swimming with campers. And it was the life. But then she left the pool and the swim became a nightmare. The campers suddenly attacked me, and tried to drown me.

Wow.

I got a cake at dinner, and several cards. Then, at our campfire, Marc made me do "Footloose" in front of everybody. I did so. But the best part was after the campers went to bed. I got a surprise that was more than I bargained for.

I was summoned to the women's unit. Once arriving there. they all ran towards me, wrapped in towells.

Ooh!

I ran! I don't know what I was thinking, but I ran. They chased me. I came back though. Didn't want to hurt their feelings. Laurie and Val gave me a lap dance once arriving back.

Nice!

So on Friday, we cleaned up and had a Turkey Dinner. Then Deb gave me a final birthday present. A picture of me and Andrea a week ago, in a Zebra's butts frame.

Wow.

So I got home, where another present and a pile of cards awaited me. My mother was at a horseshow, and didn't get home until later. Then we had some more cake, and ice cream.

Today, at this horseshow, my mother was at. We recieved an awarf for my deceased father, who did a lot for this horseshow in earlier years.

So, now camp's over. Where do we go from here? Well I go back to RMU in two weeks. Hopefully they're be another musical. The camp directors Marc Grivna and Raeann Brocklebank are soon to be married. And I now have a lot of extra money.

Stay tuned...

Camp Week 8: Fun week, with a "FRA-GEE-LAY" experience

Week 8 went by normally, but it had a weird point.

Anyhow, my campers were relatively independent, but one was a little fussy.
There was one camper who gave me some problems, (he threw his leg brace at me) but that was my worst problem, that week.

So, this week I finally got to camp at the top of the hill. Mitch took me up there.
Activies were fun. I'll never forget Tuesday's swim session:

There was this one girl, who wanted to play lifeguard with me. I didn't like the idea, but went along saying "Don't do anything stupid" Then she dragged me into the deep end, and we contiued our game. I remember Jess and Val, were in the deep end as well. I don't remember who Jess was with though.

On the top of the hill. I had a crazy egg cooking time, throwing eggs into the pan, and throwing them onto a plate before adding the next one.

Wow.

Here's the "FRA-GEE-LAY" (Anybody see "A Christmas Story?") experience I was talking about. On Wednesday night, I slipped into the women's unit, to discuss switching a duty. Then Andrea came out, wearing these sexy schoolgirl socks. I said "Ooh, get a camera, I want a picture" so she did. But instead of giving it to me, she gave it to Deb, Nicole's mon and coodinator of arts and crafts. Then she got next to me, and pulled her leg up in front of me. I grabbed it, thinking she wanted me to hold it.

Oops!

I went back to the Men's unit flushed and unable to talk. Andrea showed up about half an hour later for sleep duty, and I slipped away unable to look at her.

Don't worry, she wasn't angry at me.

By the way, I confessed this whole incident at confession today.
