Tradegy.

I hate to say it but tradegy has struck.

My father passed away on Thursday. Although I knew it was coming, it was still really sad.

Anyhow, my mother and I have been getting a lot of support. Friends have been coming and going, to help us out, and have been giving us a lot of support.

A lot of people came to the viewing yesterday. Many of Dad's co-workers, the Boy Scout Troop, Horse show people, Faculty at Quigley etc. Even some students showed up.

The funeral was today at Sylvana Hills in New Brighton. Pastor Kellpenger, of English Luthern Church, and friend of my father's did the sermon.

Well, I'm now more depressed than shit now, but I'll try to get by.

I'm NOT retired...

..from the world of musical theatre after all! About one week ago, at an activies fair, I saw a booth advertising a Fall 2003 musical, Godspell. I quickly signed up, and yesterday, I auditioned. And I got in!

Whoo! Whoo!

Rehersals begin next Tuesday. I don't really know any of the other auditioners yet, but there was this one kid who seemed obsessed with game show hosts. During the dance auditions, he claimed that "Game show hosts don't dance."

Weird! Wonder if he made the show.
